3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

3.2 Account Verification

yesb33 may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method details for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete. Failure to verify or submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Activity

All activities related to account login, payment processing, and game history will be governed by these terms. yesb33's system logs will be considered the final reference.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 will add the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, wagering equal to 25 times the total bonus amount must be completed. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotion is valid within a specific time period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• A welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person's account.
• yesb33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected in connection with its use.
• The terms of the VIP program and subsequent promotions will apply separately.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

The yesb33 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Regular and active participation on the platform is required to advance to higher VIP tiers. Our support team is available to assist with any VIP-related matters.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at yesb33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be complete and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5.3 Payment Security

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through a payment method registered under the same name as the account.

• Using automated software, bots, or any hacking tools
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs in the platform
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the yesb33 platform — including logos, graphics, designs, software code, text, game interfaces, and other media — is entirely owned by or licensed to yesb33.

Users may use the platform for personal entertainment, but copying, distributing, republishing, or modifying any content for commercial purposes or without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

yesb33 always strives to ensure a safe and reliable service. However, yesb33 will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical failure

Where applicable, the net balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned. However, any bonus-related balance will be cancelled.
